TERMS AND CONDITIONS – COSTA DORADA EXPERIENCE
The purpose of the contractual relationship between CALAFAT S.A. (hereinafter COSTA DORADA EXPERIENCE) and the client will be the purchase and sale of tourist packages and other activities, the same that can be hired through our email, by phone or in person. The characteristics of the services offered are those listed on the website, by clicking on the events section.

To make an inquiry or request a quote you need to enter the website www.costadoradaexperience.com, choose the event of your interest and add it to the basket, once you have learned about the program and its specifications, you must proceed to complete the form with the required information. You have two payment options, direct bank transfer or cash on delivery, that is, cash payment at the time of delivery..
Both parties undertake to maintain total confidentiality regarding the personal data of the opposing party to which they have had access in compliance with these conditions, to provide them only to authorized persons and to observe the legal provisions contained in the regulations that may apply. In particular, they agree not to use the personal data obtained from the other party for any other purpose than that contained in the object of the conditions.
Prices do NOT include VAT.
This rate cancels all previous prices and conditions. The prices of this rate are subject to variations of the supplying houses, so COSTA DORADA EXPERIENCE reserves the right to change prices at any time of the year without prior notice.
Payment for any purchase can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card and cash.
The activities do not include any type of displacement.

Some activities are subject to adverse climatic and meteorological factors. Any weather data that obliges the cancellation of any or all the activities will be informed sufficiently in advance, offering a change in the dates of the reservations made or a change of activity. In case of not being able to make any of the two modifications, the refund of the reservation will be authorized without expenses.
Activities include travel insurance.
We will not be liable for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
The causes of force majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control.
The notifications that you send to us must be sent through our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We can send you communications either by e-mail or by the postal address provided by you when placing an order.
It will be understood that the notifications have been received and have been correctly made at the same time they are posted on our website, 24 hours after an email has been sent, or three days after the date of postage of any letter.
We reserve the right to modify these conditions of purchase and use. We will keep you informed of the substantial changes made to them. The modifications introduced will not be retroactive and, with possible exceptions depending on the specific case, will be applicable after 30 days from the date of publication in the corresponding notice.
Contracts for the purchase of products and services through email, telephone or cash will be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that arises or is related to the use of the website or to such contracts made by email, telephone or cash will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. If you are hiring as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights recognized as such by current legislation.
